To help maintain a calm, personalized experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you review the policies below before scheduling your appointment.
Exclusive Women's Wellness Policy
Skin + Halo was created as a calm, inclusive, and supportive space designed exclusively for women. To preserve the intimate nature of the experience, all services are reserved for women ages 18 and older. Services are not provided to minors.
Women of all races, sizes, ages, and backgrounds are welcomed here with warmth, care, and respect. Every guest deserves to feel comfortable, supported, and deeply cared for throughout their experience.

Arrival & Studio Experience
Skin + Halo is a private, appointment-only studio designed to provide a calm, one-on-one experience for every guest. Because appointments are carefully timed and the studio does not have a traditional reception or waiting area, the entrance remains locked between appointments.
Guests are encouraged to arrive close to their scheduled appointment time, ideally no more than 5 to 10 minutes early. If you arrive early, you may be asked to wait comfortably in your vehicle until the studio is ready to welcome you inside.
This helps preserve the quiet, uninterrupted atmosphere intentionally created for each experience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments at Skin + Halo are reserved exclusively for you and require a credit card to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. While 48 hours notice is always appreciated, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the reserved service total. Missed appointments without notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service total.
This policy helps preserve appointment availability and allows the opportunity to accommodate other guests seeking care.
Guests are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointment time. Courtesy reminders are sent as a convenience, but failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation policy.
If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including severe weather, power outages, or emergencies, cancellation fees will not apply and appointments will be rescheduled accordingly.
In the rare event that Skin + Halo must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a gift card equal to 30% of your reserved service total will be issued as a courtesy to be used toward a future visit.
Sick or Feeling Unwell
If you are feeling unwell, please reach out so your appointment can be rescheduled for a time when you are feeling your best. This helps protect the well-being of both guests and the studio environment.
For your comfort, restorative treatments are not recommended while actively sick, as they may feel overstimulating or physically draining during the healing process.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking, including appointments reserved using gift cards or gift certificates.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Alternative forms of payment may be used at checkout if preferred.
Accepted forms of payment include:
- Cash (exact change only)

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- Venmo
- Zelle
Personal checks are not accepted.
Medical Conditions & Treatment Safety
Please notify Skin + Halo at the time of booking of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special accommodations that may affect your treatment experience.
Certain services may not be recommended for guests with specific medical conditions. In some cases, physician clearance may be required prior to treatment for your safety and well-being.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Cancer
- Cardiovascular conditions
- High or low blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Blood disorders
- Swollen or painful lymph nodes
- Open sores or active skin irritation
- Recent injuries or surgeries
- Arthritis or inflammatory conditions
- Undiagnosed rashes or skin concerns
Facial Treatment Precautions
Guests who have recently received Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, microblading, permanent makeup, laser treatments, or ultrasound-based cosmetic procedures should wait at least 2 weeks before receiving facial treatments unless otherwise approved by their provider.
Guests currently taking or recently prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin) should wait 6 to 12 months after completing treatment before receiving facial services.

Results & Treatment Expectations
Results vary from person to person depending on individual factors, consistency, lifestyle, and overall health. While every treatment is thoughtfully customized, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Prices & Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice as Skin + Halo continues to grow and evolve.
Gift cards are issued for the dollar amount purchased and may be applied toward any available service or retail product. Because service pricing may change over time, gift cards cannot guarantee a specific treatment or pricing previously offered.
Every effort is made to keep service menus and pricing updated online. Guests are always welcome to inquire about current pricing and available services prior to booking.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be purchased online for your convenience. If your purchase is intended as a surprise gift, please use your own email address at checkout rather than the recipient’s, as gift certificate emails are delivered automatically.
Once purchased, you may:
- Forward the email to the recipient when ready
- Print a copy to include with a card or gift
- Arrange a time to pick up a physical gift certificate from the studio
Guests redeeming a gift certificate are encouraged to bring a printed or digital copy of the certificate at the time of their appointment.
Please note:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable
- Lost, misplaced, or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
- Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash
- Gift certificates are issued for the dollar amount purchased and may be applied toward any available service or retail product. Because service pricing may change over time, gift certificates do not guarantee previously listed treatment pricing.

Refunds
All services, gift cards, and retail purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
If a reaction or sensitivity occurs following the purchase of a retail product, please reach out within 14 days of the original purchase date. In approved cases, a spa credit may be issued.
Any defective product or packaging concerns must also be reported within 14 days of purchase so the item may be reviewed and replaced if appropriate.
Personal Belongings
For your comfort and convenience, guests are encouraged to leave valuable items and jewelry at home whenever possible. While every effort is made to maintain a calm and secure environment, Skin + Halo is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or unattended belongings.
Gratuity
At Skin + Halo, exceptional care is intentionally included as part of every experience, making gratuity unnecessary.
Your trust, presence, and support are deeply appreciated and truly mean the most.
Quiet Environment
To help preserve the calm and restorative atmosphere of the studio, guests are kindly asked to silence mobile devices and limit phone use during their visit.
Children & Additional Guests
To preserve the quiet, private nature of the studio experience, guests are kindly asked to attend appointments alone. Due to the intimate layout of the space, Skin + Halo is unable to accommodate children or additional visitors during appointments.
